Much thanks Venice for all the good times at our little shop, where you were never a number to us, but always a neighbor.  In honor of the residents who help make Venice our home, we wanted our final post to be a statement about what really makes Venice unique. It is all of you who live here that has inspired us to do what we do and be who we are.  We will forever be thankful for the great experiences and wonderful people we’ve met along the way, around the block, and of course – within our one and only Neighborhood.

One of our latest additions to the shop are these fun tasteful dresses made by Launderette.  Located just a mile from us, they stopped in one day and mentioned they were starting this line, and we snapped up these two styles right away.  Come see for yourself and support this local design team.

The amazing escape can sometimes take place, and it is possible to leave Los Angeles.  On this occasion we snuck away to Catalina Island for a couple days of restful perspective.  Notice the unexpectedly stylish ice chest that looks like a prop from an Aviator Nation fashion shoot.

Its amazing how much of an impact a few well-placed lines and stitches can have on a piece of clothing. Glancing through the men’s section of the shop today, i am reminded of what has always excited me about fashion.  Its the details.
